Has my order shipped?
  If you have not received your order within 4 business days of placing your order, please feel free to contact Customer Service at 1. 877. 794. 9445 to confirm your item(s) have shipped.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

If you are unable to make the requested changes through our website, you can call Customer Service at 1. 877. 794. 9445 and we will change the order for you if it has not been shipped. If the order has shipped, you may return unwanted product(s) in accordance with our return policy.
My order never arrived.
  If you have not received your order within 4 business days of placing your order, please feel free to contact Customer Service at 1. 877. 794. 9445 to confirm your item(s) have shipped.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Please contact Customer Service at 1. 877. 794. 9445 to report an item missing from your shipment. It is possible that the item was backordered and will be shipped upon receipt at our warehouse. However, please feel free to call to confirm.
When will my backorder arrive?
  If one or more items are backordered on your shipment please feel free to contact Customer Service at 1. 877. 794. 9445 to determine the expected delivery date.
