What are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is FREE OF CHARGE for orders WITH 2 OR MORE CASES that are for delivery to most parts of Ontario, Canada, subject to the location exceptions below. Orders with fewer than 2 cases that are for delivery to most parts of Ontario, Canada are subject to a flat shipping fee of $ 20.00, subject to the location exceptions.. *Shipping Location Exceptions* - Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to many locations within areas having postal codes beginning with the following three characters: P0J, P0K, P0L, P0M, P0N, P0P, P0R, P0S, P0T, P0V, P0W, P0X and P0Y. At the discretion of Ontario Incontinence Supplies, any order placed for these locations may be cancelled and refunded.
What is the return policy?
	For orders where products were shipped in error by Ontario Incontinence Supplies we will ship the correct product at no additional charge as soon as we are notified of the error. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns for products ordered in error. If you are ordering a product for the first time we encourage you to contact us first to confirm the details of the product you are planning to order.
